The kitten/cat price is $_________ plus shipping of $_______(if required), less deposit of $________. We require a 100.00 deposit to hold your kitten. When we are asked to hold a kitten for you, we must receive your deposit within 5 days or the kitten will go back to the available page. We will accept Pay Pal for the deposit only. The $100.00 deposit will be taken off of the price of your kitten.  The balance may be paid in cash, USPS money order, or cashier's or certified check and should be sent two weeks before expected pick up of the kitten so that it has time to clear.  There will be a message box when you are transferred to the pay pal page if you have any questions or comments. Payment is due, paid in full  before  receiving your kitten.  Money orders and cashier's checks,  should be made out to Linda Borland.  Deposit is non-refundable unless breeder is unable to place the agreed upon kitten with purchaser or: Depending on your situation, we will consider a deposit return due to family emergency such as job loss etc. This will be at our discretion as to whether we feel it is a reasonable request for refund. No kitten will leave the cattery until 10 to 12 weeks of age, depending on the maturity of the kitten. Any kitten not fully paid by 10-12 weeks of age(depending on the delivery date), will go back to the available page and your deposit will be forfeited. The kitten is sold as a pet and must be spayed or neutered no later than 6 months of age. No registration papers will be given until we have proof of spay or neuter from a licensed veterinarian. The kitten will be raised indoors only.  Seller agrees to sign the registration papers over to the buyer within 30 days of the receipt of all of   the proper documentation. We are not selling any kittens with breeding rights at this time.
Health Guarantee: The kitten/cat is guaranteed to be of sound health upon delivery or arrival for a period of 72 hours after the date of sale. Failure to have the animal checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after the date of sale or date the cat leaves Linrenay Persians, will void any guarantees.  Seller guarantees the cat to be free from feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency . All kittens will be health checked, dewormed, and have age appropriate vaccines before leaving the cattery. If found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, this must be reported to the seller immediately.  We must have proof from a licensed veterinarian and the kitten will be replaced with another kitten of equal value when it becomes available. We are not responsible for any vet bills after the kitten leaves our cattery. We give no cash refunds unless we are unable to replace the kitten within a year.  If replacement kitten is to be shipped, it will be at the buyers expense.  The kitten/cat can not be returned for compensation after the guaranteed period is over and or it has been exposed to another cat not bred at Linrenay. Seller will not honor any health guarantee if the kitten/cat dies of a virus from contact with another animal not bred at Linrenay.  The buyer agrees to provide immediate health care to this kitten/cat if it shows signs of distress, illness, or injury. If the kitten/cat dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made only if a licensed veterinarian certifies the cause of death.  Seller will not be responsible for any vet bills after leaving sellers residence.  The guarantee is also void if buyer has the kitten vaccinated for FeLV or FIP in the first year of the kitten's/cat's life.  This kitten/cat is guaranteed against any congenital defect prior to its first birthday.  Should the animal die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced only after an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a certificate is provided as proof of cause of death.  The kitten will then be replaced within a year with one of equal value. Buyer agrees to shipping expense of replacement or return of kitten. No cash refunds. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at anytime for any reason.

 

        

We do offer shipping within the Continental United States for $350.00.  This covers air fair, pet carrier, transport to the airport, and health certificate.
